SH layout: each patch has exactly one f_rest_{3·k+c} coefficient set, with k = l² − 1 + (m + l) (INRIA standard). Coefficient magnitude normalized per-(l,m) so peak Δcolor ≈ ±0.45 — every band lights up to comparable amplitude.
